Consulmotive Pty Ltd was founded by John Varetimidis and formed in 2003. His career in the automotive industry commenced through employment  as a senior consultant engineer for Lohning International Consulting Pty Ltd,  who employed two of  NSW State Engineer Signatories.  John has gained extensive experience in the automotive consulting industry through exposure to the private, commercial and government automotive industries - a career that has spanned 11 years.

John specialises in the interpretation of the Australian Design Rules (ADR), Australian Standards (AS), Motor Traffic Regulations (MTR) and many other motor vehicle compliance codes. He is a certified Roads and Traffic Authority motor vehicle engineer signatory and specialises in certification of modified vehicles, testing and endorsement of vehicle compliance to meeting the ADR, AS & MTR.

As a consulting engineer, his responsibilities to his clientele base include interpreting and understanding the latest vehicle standards produced by various organisations; providing advice and educating  clients in the private, government and commercial transport sectors on proposed vehicle modifications.

Consulmotive Pty Ltd is based in Mortdale Sydney, and caters to the Sydney metropolitan and NSW areas. Consulmotive provides on site services and the office is open 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Mondays - Saturdays by appointment.
